Tickets

Tickets for the Citadel Music Festival are available at all known advance booking offices and online at dodotickets.de.
To help you get your ticket as quickly as possible, all concerts on this website link directly to the Dodo Tickets ticket page.

Please take good care of your ticket, as a replacement is generally not possible in the event of loss.

Please avoid buying tickets from auction portals and ticket exchanges. Unfortunately, we have noticed that an increasing number of counterfeit tickets have been sold via these portals in the recent past. All tickets are checked on admission, which means that counterfeits can be proven beyond doubt.

Please note the following safety instructions

Bags and backpacks may only be carried up to a maximum size of DIN A4 (21 cm x 29.7 cm).

  1. Please keep your luggage to a minimum
  2. Items of luggage that exceed the DIN A4 format (21 cm x 29.7 cm) may not be taken onto the event site
  3. It is not permitted to bring bulky items (e.g. umbrellas, selfie sticks, your own seating, etc.).

Permitted are:

  1. One bag per visitor up to max. format DIN A4 (21 cm x 29.7 cm)
  2. One non-alcoholic drink per visitor up to max. 0.5-litre container size in a TetraPak or plastic bottle (PET) without screw cap/lid
  3. Pocket umbrellas
